Of course. The attack would be in cities that defund their police, have no cash bail, large unemployed population, super crappy schools and broken families. Large homeless and tranny population is helpful too. Bring on a mask mandate and Obama's army of 'civilians' is ready to go.

You saw how much money is being awarded to BLM rioters?? Millions. They're ready for more.
