Whether or not this is the same thing or if what they are doing now is different, I don't know.

Here's more info from this site, it won't let you copy (& paste) or even "click" on/from their page weirdly, link below. Talks about 2 different types of ways noncitizens can sign up with the military. One way is the MAVNI, that I mentioned above and the other is by The DACA Program.
