To an illegal alien with no passport or anything… the law doesn’t apply to him or her (or it) — it is lawless.

If they get arrested they will be released. I would put money on it that if one is arrested they get let out when they are away from the crime they did.

The LEO goes to the scene puts cuffs on them. Drives a few miles away and says bye-bye.
