If that is what he truly believes, and not just your view of what he believes, then he is definitely not LDS. Mitt isn't either. Maybe in name only, sort of like being a RINO.

Grew up mormon. I know what I was taught, and anyone who wants to know what Mormons believe can find out from original papers easily retrievable at exmormon.org.
