It's entirely uneforceable. Just the same as giving the World Health Organization sovereignty over all pandemic procedures is entirely comical and completely unenforceable. Those who are panicking are simply watching way too much television and taking way too many black pills. If you know your constitutional rights, then you know that you are exempt from the matrix games. You are sovereign. Know your rights and do not fear the games being played.
