It really shows how Biden works.

Have ability to do something. Claim you can't. Extortion - promise you'll do said thing ONLY if you get something in return (in this case border bill), profit and I'm sure he gets 10% somehow.

He's literally withholding protecting us/ the border unless he gets what he wants.

This is exactly the kind of guy he is.
