Presumably that would the one that he went to considerable expense to build a chamber underneath the existing structure. It was designed to be a state of the art immersive art facility with the ability to project images on all surfaces. Tony and bro referred to it as "the dungeon" in an email. I think it is a programming environment that goes with torture and sex abuse.
