I have heard a million compelling reasons as to why JFK was assassinated, and the truth is probably a mixture of all of them, but this is the first time I am hearing this reason.
The accuracy of the timing in this post seems to be wrong. It was not Nov 21st, but Oct 11th. So not the day before the assasination, but rather a couple weeks before the assassination - which makes a lot of sense since it would take some time to set the plan in motion.
This is where I got that date November 21st, 1963, when the Department of Justice had ordered that the AZC be required to register as an Israeli Foreign Agent. I was shocked to find out this happened the day prior to the JFK assassination.
Delay, delay, delay The American Zionist Council (and AIPAC, which was AZC’s unincorporated lobbying committee) were ordered by the Kennedy administration to register in 1962. This followed a massive propaganda campaign targeting congress and the American public funded with foreign money aimed at winning unconditional foreign aid and diplomatic support for Israel. AZC strung along the Department of Justice until 1965, long enough to orchestrate a paper “restructuring” of its operations that led to the incorporation of AIPAC as a separate entity.
On November 21, 1963, the day before Kennedy's assassination, the N.Y. Times had two news stories that exemplified the discord between Washington and Tel Aviv. A report from the United Nations is titled "Israel Dissents as U.N. Group Backs U.S. on Arab Refugees." It begins, "A United States resolution calling for continued efforts to resolve the predicament of the Palestinian Arab refugees was approved tonight 83 to 1... Israel cast a single negative vote....The issue centers on a 1948 resolution whose key section, paragraph 11, concerns the future of the Arabs who were displaced from their homes by the Palestine conflict. They have been living in the lands bordering Israel.... The revised United States text calls on the Palestine Conciliation Commission to 'continue its efforts for the implementation of Paragraph 11′."
The second NYT story is titled "U.S. Stand Angers Israel." It reports from Jerusalem that "Premier Levi Eshkol expressed extreme distaste today for the United States' position in the Palestine refugee debate.... Israel's anger was conveyed 'in the strongest terms' to the U.S. Ambassador.... The Israeli government is upset about the American resolution before the U.N. Political Committee and by American maneuvers over the issue." Israel was angered and objected because the Kennedy administration was trying to resolve the Palestinian refugee situation, including the right of return.
J. Walter Yeagley to FBI Director “..registration was originally solicited by letter dated November 21, 1962…Pending a determination as to whether further letter should be written insisting on registration no investigation will be required. You will be kept advised of developments in this matter.”
10/11/1963
DOJ Demand for AZC Registration “the Department expects a response from you within 72 hours with regard to this matter.”
Everyday learning more dimensions to the:
