16:30 in, they claim they were digging out into the property adjacent because the synagogue did not have capacity for all the people.

They didn't think to take out permits and do it the proper way, ya know, the way the rest of the non-jewish developers of NYC do work?

Do they really believe anyone is that stupid to believe that bogus story?
