Found this on a local page on fb. The survey, which is not on fb, will kick you out if you are not between the ages of 18-50. The questions sound more like the Health District wants to know why their vaccine programming is not working anymore.

Likely. But it's too little, too late because we are too far down the timeline to have any effect.

Because by this time it is obvious the vaccines do not prevent any of the so called COvid and its endless variants, and people are starting to realize this, and the fact that vaccinated people who are not immediatly dropping are left with symptoms they never had before, auto immune issues and allergies that never came up in their history before? Every single person I know who took the shots so they could work, or out of fear because they are over 65 have gotten Covid one or two times. And guess what? They did not die or go to the hospital, just had a nasty flu like thing.
