I have always wondered why we would even need it if we have toothpaste in a first world country.

My guess is that it was a toxin that was very expensive and hard to properly get rid of. So with the right pay offs, they get the government to buy it and dispose of it in our drinking water.

Peeing on us and calling it rain.
