The 22nd Amendment was ratified in 1951, during the corporation. Does that nullify the amendment?

I would think so. FDR would agree. One possibility would be that Trump was the 45 President of the (now defunct) USA Inc., corporation. Now that the corporation is gone, Trump would be the 19th President of the Republic of America.
