I'd report it as spam or unsolicited.
They might want to check the state voter database to see if their vote was stolen in the last 2 elections.
That's what I was thinking if they swapped our votes deliberately during 2020 or the 2022 midterm elections, since we live in CA I wouldn't be surprised if these corrupt retards assumed everyone living here is a braindead idiot.

It sounds like your family member was put on some Dem data-base. Prolly because dems used the name in a cheat, and if you don't take steps to check it out and remove the name, they will use it in another cheat.
