Let’s not get ourselves into a situation where we have to rely on SCOTUS anymore. Their last few big decisions have shown how compromised they are. Even Trump’s picks.

ACB, Kavanaugh, and Roberts are trustworthy as gas station sushi.

I bet a few state employees join the lawsuit as well. I am sure there are state employees who are none to happy with our government being high jacked by the cartels and deep state.
