Got my blood work done recently. Been feeling off lately even though I lift heavy. Do combat sports. Run in the sun. Do sprints. Eat red meat and healthy fats and carbs. Stay away from dyes, seed oils, and inflammation causes foods. Drink organic bone broth in the mornings. Eat duck fat with my red meat. Don't eat a lot of sweets.
And yet, my sex drive has plummeted. I have trouble sleeping (had for the last 15 years). Brain fog. Hard to pay attention. Can't breathe during my BJJ rolls.
And so my test levels are in the mid 300s. Bummer. I'm not jabbed. But could be all the microplastics. Or just too much screen time. Or breathing in chem trail air. Or just getting older in a hormone destroying world.
Before consulting about trt, wanted you guys opinion on TRT or natural testosterone boosting methods.

I take Progesterone cream for a boost in T. Never had libido issues, but it is supposed to help with that as well.
Also supplement with, taurine and tongkat Ali root.
I train in martial arts (karate & MMA) 2-3 times a week and workout at home and work 4-5 days a week. I was sick last month, not sure if coof or flu, but still have mild cold symptoms. I can attest that my energy and motivation levels are not the same.
I never get sick but have been sick twice in the last 30 days. First one put me out for two weeks. Next one just a few days. Took my test right after I started feeling better, maybe my T levels were low from being sick
