Got my blood work done recently. Been feeling off lately even though I lift heavy. Do combat sports. Run in the sun. Do sprints. Eat red meat and healthy fats and carbs. Stay away from dyes, seed oils, and inflammation causes foods. Drink organic bone broth in the mornings. Eat duck fat with my red meat. Don't eat a lot of sweets.
And yet, my sex drive has plummeted. I have trouble sleeping (had for the last 15 years). Brain fog. Hard to pay attention. Can't breathe during my BJJ rolls.
And so my test levels are in the mid 300s. Bummer. I'm not jabbed. But could be all the microplastics. Or just too much screen time. Or breathing in chem trail air. Or just getting older in a hormone destroying world.
Before consulting about trt, wanted you guys opinion on TRT or natural testosterone boosting methods.
Thanks all.
It might be from have very high demands on you body, while cutting sugar.
I am not at my computer so I can’t find the study, but there was, I believe, a Nordic study where men with either T problems or infertility who were given 1.5 liters of pop/soda a day on top of what they normally ate and it consistently solved their problems. ( don’t do in USA because high fructose corn syrup)
If you look into Ray Peat stuff, the anti sugar train may be more deep state BS. It is pushed by a lot of the same groups that pushed anti saturated fat.
In the Bible, the angel of the lord promises Moses to lead people to a land of milk and honey. Think about it, would the creator of all things get nutrition wrong?
There is a guy named Georgi Dinkov who has a lot of good explanations of why we need sugar on YouTube. I have been having some good results against my Crohn’s and fatigue problems, with some of his tips.
