Got my blood work done recently. Been feeling off lately even though I lift heavy. Do combat sports. Run in the sun. Do sprints. Eat red meat and healthy fats and carbs. Stay away from dyes, seed oils, and inflammation causes foods. Drink organic bone broth in the mornings. Eat duck fat with my red meat. Don't eat a lot of sweets.
And yet, my sex drive has plummeted. I have trouble sleeping (had for the last 15 years). Brain fog. Hard to pay attention. Can't breathe during my BJJ rolls.
And so my test levels are in the mid 300s. Bummer. I'm not jabbed. But could be all the microplastics. Or just too much screen time. Or breathing in chem trail air. Or just getting older in a hormone destroying world.
Before consulting about trt, wanted you guys opinion on TRT or natural testosterone boosting methods.

The first thing you need to do is stop using "body wash" and "shower gel". You need to be using REAL soap. Those other products have lovely names like that because they are not soap and legally cannot call themselves soap. It is, in the industry, a syndet. Synthetic detergent.
