The ability to pay to be rid of people that fundamentally hate what this Country stands for and thus will never be capable of being anything but a thorn in our side of the rest of us is a great opportunity. Normally you have to commit crimes against humanity to fix these sorts of problems, so a voluntary financial transaction is the most civilized way to resolve it.
