Fairly sure the elites, the ones actually in control (as opposed to puppets and controlled opposition), don't get cancer.

They know what the cure is.

So either the royal family has completely lost control, which is obviously great for us...or this is fake and comms.

I can't believe I'm hoping a cancer diagnosis is genuine. Circumstances have pushed me to this. God, forgive me.
