It seems to me there is monarchy no matter what. It is natural law/ gods law. Even with the illusion of democracy or even in a Republic. It also seems that tyrant monarchies are shown gods wrath even if they do last a handful of generations. Great leaders and dynasties are rewarded by the love of there people and many have died martrys only to strengthen the power of good vs evil ie Gods will.
