An American is someone that is willing and able to exert their own sovereignty and arrest or remove by force all violators of that sovereignty without concern about "what others may think". Yes, sounds like vigilante, but when those entrusted to enforce the law do not do it, you must do it yourself or coordinate with others to do it. This is permitted AND encouraged under the Constitution per Amendments 9 & 10. You just have to show that you have exhausted efforts at the sovereign state and Article III court levels to get a remedy first. After that, just take your oath to become a Constitutional Magistrate, and start issuing court orders.
