So the Michigan mother of the Michigan school shooter was found guilty yesterday of involuntary manslaughter and faces 16 years in prison.
This F*cking school district HIDES this information from the parents? Had this shooting taken place, would the school be found guilty in the court of law?
I know that is a rhetorical question, but shouldn't they be just as GUILTY as the mom if the courts of law were fair?
Sounds like Mom got a raw deal - the parents DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT have bought the kid - who had issues - a gun. BUT, they nailed her as being responsible bc she was the last adult who touched the gun, despite the kid having pled as an adult. So, the last "adult" who touched the gun was the perp/kid (not the mom).
Nope, the mom bought the gun because the kid was obsessing about it.
He told her about his visions and his desires and she just shone it on instead of getting him help.
IMHO she deserved jailing and maybe it will wake negligent parents up a bit.
The father will be tried next month.
