The Dem-controlled state legislature in Nevada set up primaries because they thought it would benefit Dems.
The GOP said they didn't want a GOP primary because the state law was that Dems could cross over and vote for R's. So, they decided to do a caucus in addition to th primary, and declared that their delegates to the national convention would come from the winner of the caucus. Nimrata does not mention that, though.
The indictment she mentioned was because the 2020 election was fraudulent. The Nevada GOP decided to appoint Trump electors in case there was a recount, so they could vote instead of the Biden electors. The GOP chair was one of the Trump electors and has been indicted for being a fake elector. That case will get thrown out. Nimrata does not mention that, either.
