Someone pointed out elsewhere that he was using the CO attorney's hypothetical where he was arguing that Trump stopped being POTUS the moment J6 happened.

Never mind that he was acquitted of "insurrection" in the impeachment trial and has never been charged under 2380.

This clown was actually arguing that they could just arbitrarily declare an insurrection based on the J6 Committee Report, with no ability for Trump to defend himself.

SCOTUS should refer him to the BAR Association for violation of the 6th Amendment.

Yup, the justices even asked if Trump stopped being president the moment Jan 6 happen, then wouldn't it be lawful and just for any subordinate to ignore Trump's orders since he was immediately disqualified from holding the office of the President?

The asshat Murry replied that wouldn't be the case because there are mechanisms in place like chain of command.

So, he is no longer a lawful President but chain of command still exists?
