So this does two things (hopefully). It drops Trump's bogus classified docs charge, he's already demanding charges be dropped in light of this. And it sets up the 25th amendment against Biden.

The two things the DS was wanting to catch PDJT ON and NOW:

PIES(S) in the face and the mud-slinging shall commence immediately...

NOTE: Xiden and the documents he had...in boxes of all things and NOT SECURED...which means PDJT has his in a SCIF type setting and Smith is going to get DONKEY KICKED IN THE BALL SACK...that's iff there is any there
