What do you think 'vaccine' actually means?

Most old vaccines are naturally derived.

Why don't you tell me what vaccine actually means? I've never heard anyone refer to a vaccine as 'naturally derived." I thought they're all made in a lab, and all have some type of synthetic additives to make them work.
