So what you're saying is Tucker Carlson should be arrested and tried by military courts and not be protected by the constitution because he's considered an unlawful combatant? AKA traitor.
Where did I read that before ..... oh that's right DoD Law of War Manual page 102
"Unlawful combatants are likewise subject to capture and detention, but in addition they are subject to trial and punishment by military tribunals for acts which render their belligerency unlawful."
They're right. It's right there.
That's some very interesting language being introduced to the general population.
The point is that you have not identified ANY MSM source that has said that Tucker should be arrested and tried by military courts for being a traitor. It is a totally unsubstantiated statement .

Tucker being labeled a traitor goes way back. Way way back to the time he was unceremoniously dumped by CNN after Jon Stewart undressed him.
Here's the opening paragraph to 2022 article.

People across the left — including me — routinely lambaste Fox News megastar Tucker Carlson for his alarming right-wing populist screeds. But this past week, as Carlson downplayed concerns about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine up until Moscow began a full-fledged incursion, something striking happened: Critics began to deem him a “traitor.”
Let's play my theory out for the sake of argument.
Tucker is brought before a military tribunal and charge with sedition or treason or some combination therein, and he's found not guilty. Does that open up other mainstream media sources also being put on trial for sedition and treason?
But again they're introducing the military body of law to the general publics knowledge. If you're being judged by a military court you're not afforded the rights enshrined in the constitution you're outside of them.
Lastly 11.3 is a marker and has been well documented as references to the Law of War Manual. This is not a giant leap in deductive reasoning.
Historically what is the sentence of traitors? It is implied in the very word
Tucker Carlson is the only man in America that could defeat Trump in an election and could very well end up being VP by years end.
