Anyone who ever witnessed a demo knows a demo when they see it. Here they demoed a whole 2 to 3 city block area to build a mall and a rail museum. It fell into it's own foot print. The roof buckled slightly n straight down. Demo sprites and all. My BF at the time worked demos. He ended up at ground zero for cleanup. I've seen a number of them w him. It was purposely taken down...requires sometime to set up as well. Bush brother company in charge of security.
