Well they did say that Bai-dan was too old, inferm and addled to prosecute for the document thingie, because he could not remember his motive or taking them home and storing them in his garage.

So humane, the prosecuter...

FJB did try and blame his staff for randomly packing up his stuff though. trump, on the other hand, personally ttook his papers and stored them in that 'public' place called MaL, according to the addled person.
