Definitely pausing to wait for the next powerpoint slide to appear. He even shows slight annoyance at the delay around the 00:34 mark.

He wobbles his head very slightly in a "cmon cmon hurry up and load" type way.

Some pauses are just way too long. Dude needs to turn his device off/on again or something.
