I don't like the "no interest and unlimited life" part. Sounds like this deal could be given to Ukraine and we would be just as screwed.

REMEMBER: IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE MONEY, YOU CAN'T LOAN THE MONEY. BASIC FACTS OF LIFE.
