Hungary has been transformed for the BETTER under Victor Orbans leadership. Trump loves him and the cabal especially the EU hate him. This President was as far as I know an ardent supporter of Victor Orban. Her speech seemed heartfelt. Given the hatred of the cabal toward Hungary and those that love it, I am not surprised she stepped down, especially since she has a family to consider.
