Similar to what was done with Somalis in Minneapolis, Obama created a huge Ukraine diaspora in Portland. They are in large part what makes up the most violent elements of Rose City Antifa.

I also suspect that a large part of the 'police' presence during the breakup of the Canadian Truckers protest were azov. Maybe we should also be looking at the Capital Police.
