He turned them all away until the media started calling him out on it. Then he took in some. I don't know how many.

I can't say as I really blame him. We had already watched them turn the Super Dome into the rape, murder, shit dome just a few years earlier. No one really wants the great things they built turned into toilets by a bunch of animals.
