City cops are getting beaten at a record-setting pace fueled by radical protests, an influx of criminal migrants, bail reform, anti-cop rhetoric and soft-on-crime prosecutors.

well no shit, they all know they will get away with it. The cops won't even defend themselves properly because they are afraid of muh racism.
