There is a website that covers this in incredible detail and includes lots of photographs. I hope it's still around, as I can't put my finger on it right now. It goes on for pages and pages. I started downloading text and photos separately in order to create a PDF, but that was a few years ago, and I never finished it. It's amazing how many musical figures had parents who were CIA or NSA.
