Ogiame Atuwatse III is the current Olu of Warri, the traditional ruler in Nigeria. I don't really know much beyond that other than they are royalty and The Judges on X seem to have a cozy relationship with them, implying they are white hat aligned.

Regarding the Iraqi dinar, I think it's gold backed, not US Dollar backed. Their new currency just came online globally. There's supposed to be some significance to this other than the obvious that he has posted about before but I don't much understand it.

Has something to do with the exchange bank & revaluation. USD loses value and the dinar rises. He encouraged folks to buy dinars because when the pendulum swings back 1 dinar will be worth more than 3 dollars.
