First, that guy in the photo is from Central Casting. It's odd that King Charles is also offline with prostate issues, My step dad had prostate issues, one of the side effects of the treatments is ED (Erectile Dysfunction)

could this be a cover for the surgical castration? given to those of a certain type of sexual perversion?
