Bad legislation can be undone with the next Congress. You can bet there is a plan to dispatch with this crap legislation, already.
That is true. However, remember Paul Ryan and the republicans absolutely sandbagged President Trump for the two whole years R's controlled the white house, congress, AND senate. They did NOTHING but subvert the duly elected president.
It was RINOS as far as the eye could see. They must be removed or nothing will change.
At what point in history has bad legislation ever been undone, especially by these clowns? It's continuously onto the next manufactured crises after another.
Depending upon how you look at it there is the Twenty-First Amendment, which repealed the Eighteenth (prohibition of alcohol), but even that was a bit slimy because the legislators supporting repeal didn't want to risk the wrath of the prohibition lobby so they took the route of using state ratifying conventions to do it instead of legislature votes.
Not sure how exactly you plan to get back money and weapons that will be sent in the next 10 months if this passes.
