It's a huge blackmail racket, and the Rs have been advised if we don't pay the plugged will be pulled on the nation. Only thing that makes any sense. What's the blackmail? No idea. Biological WMD run by the US? Proof of war crimes using biological agents? It's huge, to be sure.
