Epi pen - one of the last things my best friend ever did was give me his epi pen. He was lying on the ground, clutching his throat with one hand whilst turning blue.

He was frantically waving the epi pen at me with his other hand and I thought 'what a lovely gesture - my best mate in such obvious distress and he wants to give me a present'. By the time I got back from popping it in the glovebox, he wasn't distressed at all. Still blue though.
