I honestly thought that was a zombie thing. Turns out it’s in reference to the MMIWG. Sexual assault awareness or “Protect Indigenous Women.” Although it’s usual a red hand across the mouth. But it’s very similar. Some online sources are saying it’s being represented in todays culture.
