The documents, obtained by investigative journalist Yehuda Miller through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), show that the secret meeting took place on November 3, 2020, Election Day.
Looks to me like they knew they were going to rig the election, and wanted to review the plan.
The meeting was on election day. I'd think people planning to steal an election would have met prior to the actual election starting to put their plans in place.
I believe that they were being overwhelmed by the sheer numbers of Trump voters that voted in person and were panicking as to what to do next. That is why the vote counting stopped all at the same time in swing states and blocks of votes for Biden suddenly appeared at 4AM the next morning.
