A distant casual observer may note that simply based on ethnicity percentages at the parade, and the lack of opportunities during adolescence, the odds favor that shots would be fired.

Didn't look like it. One of the guys they detained was an older black guy, but according to the scanner I was listening to they already let that guy go.
