News is saying gang related. There were two separate incidents, and the news backpedaled live to make it seem like one huge one. Police blotter mentioned suspects in tunnel between IRS building and Union Station, but then went radio silent. 🤷♀️ Very sus that over half the people shot were kids, tunnels have been mentioned, after SuperbOwl party. Not sure we'll ever know the whole story.
So is anyone talking about motives in this shooting? Was it gang related?
