Look up “Super Mayor”, Tiffany Henyard and you will see the type of person we are dealing with. I really believe they clean out the coffers and don’t understand what they did was wrong. Illegality is irrelevant because all laws are racist and a pillar of white supremacy or something. They are just taking what is rightfully theirs, if they get a state funded credit card and they max it out it’s your fault because you gave it to them.
