The judge’s ruling in Donald J. Trump’s civil fraud case could cost him all his available cash. It also bars the former president from running a business in the state for three years.

And in addition Trump had specific language that stated, " Do your own valuation. Do your own due diligence. We make no promises or guarantees." Something along those lines. Cover Your Ass (CYA) language for this exact reason.
