No way does this decision make it through the appellate process. $5 says that Judge Endogan is heavily chastised for his conduct in this case.

I think Trump team didn't try for a jury because they wanted the Judge. That should have scared him. He's gonna get hit with a battering ram.

His lawyer says they didn't request. Prosecutor said they didn't want a jury, and judge said he wouldn't have allowed one.

This narrows the scope of the appeal making it harder to drag out. Trump's made it explicitly known that getting even is important to him. Like Fani imploding under scrutiny, this Prosecutor and Judge will too.
