There’s nothing wrong with hobbies. But does a flower prepare for a dry summer? Does a bird prepare for a lack of worms? All that focus could be place in faith of God. Do without. Give your “safe spaces” away. Can you still sleep at night? We don’t walk through fields with lions on purpose , but lions wait the fields anyways for prey. Prepare all you want, for worldly things, it won’t keep you alive or safe one second longer. I’m leaning, and learning, to have faith in God. It’s what we’re gonna need. It’s gonna see us through. Don’t expect utopia this year or next in this world. Where is that written? When it all turns to poo, don’t have nothing but broken promises left on your plate.
