Then linked with smart cars to instantly ticket, have trial, and fined within seconds. Then funds taken straight from account.

Some newer cars are coming with driver AND passenger recognition cameras to "help customize your car when you get in". What you mentioned is exactly what these assholes are up to. It's just crazy to me that people don't seem to care or notice.
